If their gross numbers are strong but EBITDA is weak this would present an opportunity to negotiate a lower price based on EBITDA.

As we discussed this with the agent, she was notified that the price had dropped another $10,000 that morning.  

I knew the business, I knew how to flip a house, but some of the things I was hearing was starting to point out all of my flaws and weak spots.By day 3, I was ready.
