It was very apparent, very awkward, and kinda had the feeling that it could get violent.

From my experience with Portland, it is still too violent to settle down.  

I fight against any and all limitations set by the government that promote mediocrity, the status quo, irresponsibility and the message that the government will solve all my problems.How do I fight, not violently, but with letters to my representatives, educating others to current events, and by reading and posting on forums like this one that promote innovation, creative, free speech, and the bettering of oneself.

The fix and flip was not something I enjoyed and being a landlord made me want to get violent sometimes.

When researching a neighborhood I've been using Trulia's crime heat map, but even if its green the types of crime in an area are violent.

For what it's worth, I word mine like this "No prior criminal convictions in the last 5 years for violent acts, drugs and/or any felonies."  

It froze while I was printing something and I very violently unplugged and then shoved the plug back in.

Every neighborhood has crime I stay away from areas that have violent crimes against people.

That was one of the most violent setouts that I or the bailiff has ever seen.
