Error and Omissions insurance only covers so much and a quick google search has shown a variety of reasons why it might be a good reason including potentially lower taxes (I am going to need to research that more).

There are lots of great amenities like the Zoo, Botanical Gardens - many of which include free admission for residents because of historic endowments, Forest Park is larger than Central Park, and there are so many other beautiful historic parks (Tower Grove Park, Benton Park, Lafayette Park) and a variety of unique neighborhoods that offer different lifestyle and investment choices.

Colorado is very expensive, the insurance in Florida is also very expensive, and we are hesitant to purchase more properties in the area of Missouri where we already have rentals for a variety of reasons.
