Hello to all.Life is too short to deal with bad servicers, bad lenders and companies that don't care.Servicing should be simple from the clients perspective...and it should offer the client a combination of great CS, confidence in their operations and a solid, interactive technology platform. 

Technology speeds up the process and brings efficiencies, but at its core this industry is just a 21st century version of the real estate syndicates of the late 80’s.

He said he thought they were a good idea but the technology is a couple of years away from being where we want it to be.

As @Keishee Hill said, technology today means you don't have to be in geographical proximity to your CPA and it's way more important to have somebody who really knows what they're doing than to be able to physically shake their hand.

Various counties have more or less info as they get technologically updated. 

I know that some of the people I've met doing VRBO are doing it hands-on but they are leveraging new technologies to make things easier on themselves.  

I sometimes work with surveyors as part of my day job and the level of technological ability among companies varies greatly.

In today's world, with the plethora of technology regarding communications and document sharing, you no longer need a local CPA.  

I am thinking about this as well and my choice is hight tech stocks or bio technology.
