I hate talking on the phone myself been like that since I was a young teenager believe it or not.That's why I always let people call me instead.

The governments are going to want is to build up not out.Current commute from a far out suburb might be a reasonable 30-40 minutes today but once that burb gets all of its lots filled with Mc Mansions, and those houses have teenagers, can you imagine how many cars will travel the same road?  

The teenager ones, while they have the money and are usually quiet tend to be clueless about some of the basics of life.

I'm here to learn more about real estate investing, so, bear with me.Although, I'm very new to real estate investment.........I'm not new to real estate rental property management, because, I've helped my parents manage their tenants and rental units as a kid, teenager, and young adult.

Being able to do this with the involvement of my two teenage sons may be the highest value.I look forward to your thoughts...

I know because I have been on the other end of a medical judgement when I was a teenager and they HOUNDED me until they got their money.

I had not really thought there would be too many teenagers on this site, I figured it would be older investors with a lot of experience.

It is fair or good (IMO) for skilled things like plumbing and other things you can't hire a teenager to do.

When a couple move in with an existing adult or late teenage female offspring, watch out.
