I have been wanting to get into Real Estate investing ever since I was a young adult and I had it in my head that I needed to be rich first in order to get started.

I never said you can't get rich doing it how ever you got your millions.I am saying you can't target motivated sellers.While you are one that made it, thousands that also target foreclosures do not.

Get in the game not the fringes is my advice.As for paid training I have a deep knowledge of this space having been back room Vendor for Rich Dad  Montalongo and Vertucci and for a short time Nudge..

I have read the BiggerPockets investing in real estate book and also read Rich Dad Poor Dad numerous times and I am motivated to be financially free and get out of my 9-5 job eventually.

Some countries like Japan and Singapore have licensed agents and that kind of makes sense.
