Tonight is the night, after months of work with the state, county, and city we are presenting a site plan for the city's approval and zone change.Normally, I would not pursue a zone change but when I originally went to the city and proposed storage units based on its current zoning they said they wanted more houses.

We do self storage, flex building, country subdivisions in Iowa and Teak plantations in Belize.  

Beyond just being targeted at residential landlords, they also market Doorloop to HOAs, student rentals, self-storage, commercial property management, and other groups that aren't as well served by the competition.

Some sellers haven't filled tax's since Gerald Ford was president, other do it via receipts in a shoe box, some just make up numbers, some have an accountant, it's literally all over the board as is every aspect of small MFH investments, the only standard is there is no standard.
