That is certainly sage advice.

Obviously I'm not a sage bastion of wisdom, but here are a couple of books I started with after diving into BiggerPockets, much like you:1.

White on white would need a different floor coloring so it doesn't wash out the kitchen, but a nice grey or even a soft color (think country blue or sage green) would add a special touch.

Looking for sage advise from seasoned note investors, what are some the criteria that you use when evaluating a partial purchase of a performing note.  

The building is close to Galleria, though there are two high rise on Sage road.
