Appearantly the state is too lazy or incompetent to apply their own outstandIng taxes on occasion

My wife is a 'mixologist extraordinaire' & on several occasions after mixing & painting to spruce up units/SFR etc vacating tenants have asked us for the color code because they want to paint their new abode with it.

There has been more than one occasion where I had to politely remind the seller of this fact.I have used the cloud of title once.
