Amenities that are now being considered necessities include free Wi-Fi, parking, desks or workspaces, entertainment systems and access to a full kitchen.As great as they are, amenities can only go so far.

Also not clear that judges are on top of this, hence the NECESSITY of legal counsel (or seasoned PM) in the court room. 

I only spend my money on eating out and necessity bills like rent obviously.

In times when leasing was/can be difficult a yearly lease was a good option to lock down some one .I no longer even do a 2 year lease that can /will back fire if you get a bad apple .In my area leasing a "A" S.F.h  yearly lease is not a necessity but still do it .I can lease a S.F.H usually very quick knock on wood .So I still avoid a month to month use a one  year  lease .

It's kind of a "speed dial" due to necessity for client issues.

I don't see the necessity to invest in today's market when today's high prices should be around next year at worst, but taking years or decades of savings off the table is also not an option for many.
