Any luck on if this company is legit, looking to use them for funding too.

I hope to use private capital to fund the entry fees in second position.  

On my other credit lines I have with them that are tied to my land flipping business ( I fund land and home flippers in 7 states) I pay one fee up front and the line is good for 3 years. 

We have been primarily buy and hold and wanted a secondary source of capital to fund our buy and holds.

For the most part, they all can be created and funded next year, with a few exceptions.

Discussing mutual learning and growth is always very interesting.

I have the funds available today for the purchase of a rental property as well as a primary residence, but I also want to set myself and my wife up to reach financial freedom.  

Then I panicked and had to figure out the details of funding etc.

We are currently using Stessa and it takes 10 days to get the funds.

And with a twist, that everything from day 1 is designed and built to facilitate intaking private $ into the "fund".
