Every single time so far in my career that I have asked the listing agent how long the property has been on the market (now keep in mind I only ask when I know its been on for awhile), the agent understates how long it has been.

One thing that comes to mind is that with a house that needs rehabbing or some property management does it make sense to do our first deal close by (Monmouth County, NJ)?

Something to keep in mind is that your agent, although he/she didn't sell your house yet has supposedly done a lot of marketing and advertising and work in order to sell your home.

As your mind is changing more and more you're starting to behave differently.

Don't you know that in December when I turned 29, it just snapped in my mind I had done nothing, and it was time to act.

My mind is telling me that it is the As Is Value but I'm not sure.

I hope that my question is not too confusing...hell, I'm confused just trying to type it the way my mind is analyzing it.
