:You definitely want to hire an attorney if you're going through the eviction process.  

I would hire a PM and have them take over.

The second way you are basically get hired into a position by your own company as a mid management.

You can also get into more active strategies like STR and rehabs, but the work required to get in this is significant and at that point you might be able to just get a new role with the same pay with the equivalent effort.Is your entire industry in a hiring freeze or just your company laying off?

Hire an attorney, take notes, and maybe you'll be prepared to handle it next time.

As others have said, you can do the digging yourself with the municipality or hire an Architect to do this due diligence and provide a zoning and property analysis report bringing all the info together for you.
