Hi Alex,So I did a new construction in the city of Los Angeles where I did a complete raze (teardown) of an existing structure and built a brand new one. 

The 4 plex I purchased is brand new.  

Would it be brand specific?

All of the advice given by previous commenters is good but if you are brand new and are paralyzed by overwhelming information and having trouble getting forward momentum, this could be a great fit for you.

Google Ray Kroc, I’ll bet you’ll find his strategy is the reason why McDonalds is an international brand worth billions...

Glad to be here. Eager to learn. Just started out. Picked up my first few properties in April. Looks like one is better for a flip and the other has an incredible upside with equity so we plan on holding that one.

Tom's methods and program is great, we subscribe to many of the same techniques but we do not attach to the Wealthability brand.
