well crazy it took a year to finally finish a 6 story 10 apt building on Bleeker street Greenwich Village near Washington sq. every time we opened up a wall or floor there was a new surprise so this was a stress and money pit but this past weekend signed leese to rent the last apt and I think i need a vacation now lol  

ok I have a 3/2 brick home in Franklin park illinois that a in cook county ok here it goes the owner wants 10,000 it has a total of 72,000 worth of tax liens and village violations(water and maintanace) needs 74,500 in repair.

It has has towns (villages really) with horrible poverty rates but it's largest city of 350K has poverty rates that match the national average.LA County?  

Most of the city must comply to a FOIA request for any property.Check with village/city office.Cheers!

I've worked on projects big and small and it does take a village (architects, accountants, consultants).

One step you can take that will help is to meet with the village inspector and ask if they would perform a walk through.
