I suppose if the property had 250K in equity, they may choose to foreclose because they are greedy, but that is not known nor the deals I tend to deal with.

Don't be greedy.

Greedy RE investors figured old owners who bought their properties years ago has no idea what it's worth, want to buy it cheap, and flip it.Believe it or not, I got my first cold call this week, and I owned my property for 25 years.

If the private sector takes over our parks, it is possible that they can become greedy.

There are greedy folks in every profession, look for one who seems to care about you and your plans. 

This has nothing to do with greed. I

But when it comes to timing....you often get good deals when sellers and other buyers are fearful, rather than greedy.  

My intention isn't to be greedy and steal deals, but rather help find new ones and bring opportunities that otherwise he/she wouldn't come across..
