I want them to focus on hosts and the guest experience for the actual stay but they sometimes have shiny object syndrome.

I'm also interested in possibly taking one of their 8-week long tax deed investment courses, but they're pretty expensive for a company that doesn't seem to have a ton of credibility, although the "professor"- Phil Kessler- seems to really know what he's talking about and has been a guest on a could RE podcasts I listen to.Thoughts?

It is not something my partner has heard of before and her family and other guests have stayed at the home throughout and summer, up until 2 days before this renter and they have never mentioned it. 

However, since we are staying out of the country, we would like to look for a reliable airbnb property management companies to do the end-to-end management from task i.e. listings, fixing a broken lock, get the house clean, liaise with guest etc.Any recommendation?

Short term guests are frequently on vacation, and are outside of the house a lot of the time, sightseeing, eating out. 

One of my cabin's is up on a knob off a mountain in the Smokies so different environment than you but the issues are probably the same and they all revolve around winter, albeit I am guessing yours will be much worse than ours.Mild scenario is where guest are at the cabin and a snow/ice storm hits while they are at the cabin.  

Research Thoroughly: Before entrusting your finances to any fintech app, take the time to research its regulatory status, security measures, and any potential affiliations with licensed banks.

It is imperative that you protect yourself (and your guests) by using the legal language and requirements of the state you're operating in.

Also, listen to podcasts and when a guest mentions a book that inspired them, go buy it (I buy on Audible so I can listen while I walk my dog or drive).
