Where do you find details on prices, demand, cash flow etc? 

No reserves and no cash flow = capital infusion from investors and/or return property to bank.  

Real estate is same in your asset specialty you are buying with cycles and increasing velocity based on cycle timing and deal flow opportunity.

In terms of my goals, I concentrate/focus on three metrics (and cash flow isn't one of them because that can be manipulated). 

This negative position can consume years of cash flow to recover.

Deal flow is tough right now, so I would aim more at 6-12 months to close your first syndication deal.
