My college kids smoke a lot of pot inside (I believe).

I am a recent college grad (May '23) and getting married in August. 

I bought a SFH college rental in Fort Collins in 2007.

You could start and complete a college degree, move, get married, or... you get the point.

My wife is in college but works almost full time and I am a full time banker.

Sharing walls with a noisy family with children or college students for example is not going to invite conflict and may cost you in poor reviews or guests wanting to leave early.

March and April bring families and college students for spring break.  

Or should I break my promise to get into real estate in 2025 and continue to work part-time while going to college to afford a conventional 30-year mortgage on my first SF and use the "Building Wealth Through Single-Family Homes" plan? 

So, early on, right after college he decided to forgo the usual “management trainee” route and go right to where he could make a lot of money fast - commissioned sales.

I am a recent college graduate from UNC Charlotte and now that I have a degree in organizational management I would love to immerse myself more into the world of real estate investing.
