Once the judgment was filed there was no need for me to attempt to contact him as this was being done through the attorney's I had hired.I have received a portion of what is owed to me through the receiver I hired, their firm has done a good job.

@Daniel Colon- check  with  the title/ escrow firm that you closed with and  see if they can help with  changing  vesting to LLC and the  ramifications ....check with new  servicer and  ask what they  need  and if you are allowed to revise the  title vesting  ( you cant   do anything about  changing the loan itself unless you refinance it )  good luck

If it were sold through normal real estate brokerage firms, we would have to pay 6% commission, therefore I deducted 6% from the appraised value to arrive at an adjusted value  of $436,160.
