We use the walk through room as an office/dressing room and closet for my husband.

That being said, I don't dress flashy.

They were nicely dressed, well groomed, hard working, and had 1st month's rent, last month's rent, and full deposit.We signed a contract and I handed them the keys within 24 hours.Can everybody yell, "SUcKKKKAAA!!!!!"

Usually cost less than $500 and really dresses the rooms up.  

Dressing as the everyday man is always better than suit and tie.

And also, if it's really cold, dress warmly.

Maybe dress up in some spandex at a professional office?

He has pictures of himself dressed up as an army man, referee, wrestler, etc...

That and keeping the tile while spending so much on everything else.The market in this city is hot and there is a shortage of dressed up housing.
