The Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing has interpreted owner to be the title holder.

I would agree the city should be able to send you some acceptable 1HR rated wall assemblies, the building division at the cities I’ve dealt with in my area have sent me pdf documents for multi family separation assemblies, I just did a multi family and the 1 hour fire separation and STC 51-54 assembly the city passed was 2X4 wall 16” o.c, 3 1/2” roxul safe n sound batts, resilient channel 24” o.c on one side, 2 layers 5/8” type x drywall on one side and 1 layer of 5/8” type x on the other.

Option 1:  If there is such a division rule then decide if you want to do your right side and leave it for the other owner to fix.Option 2:  Step your fence in 6 inches and build the entire fence your self. 

They mention my loan of $101,000 from May 19, 2003 so they have done some research.This is supposedly based on FDIC and mortgage studies.Almost looks governmental: "Division of Consumer Services".Looks kind of phony.

We let tenants know in the beginning that we prorate based on a 30-day month and we make our monthly rent divisible by $30, so each day has an even dollar value.

@Walter Correia...if things get hairy, call your Division of Natural Resources office...I have used them from removal of 150 gallons of 30 year old oil...they had a Statewide grant so it was free for me...the company they contracted actually reclaimed the oil as well...

I received a notice from the Division of Assessment & Taxation regarding the recent transaction and the sales value of my recent purchase.

World Class Title does business in Florida and we have our own Investor Division. 

If the division came down on them it's because they were doing something fraudulent or not being completely open about there business.
