The 83 year old wife of the nephew (her husband) has been given POA over medical, banking and dissolving the estate.

I came across that phrase when working in the patient relations department of a large medical center.

It is no different than a wheelchair or medication under the law.

I’m a former nurse turned medical device sales rep, 30 years old, and married with 4 kids in Cincinnati. 

If you do play that game and get caught, you generally get a cease and desist the first offense but the state could just go ahead and file 3rd degree felony charges for brokering without a license. 

I would also require her to cease these actions and I would charge her now for what it would take to restore the unit to it's original condition.

I honestly feel the property is worth in the 150 range, it is located in a historic part of downtown in my city, where property value is rising, and there are in the process of building a new medical school 2-3 blocks from this location.A - 1/1 - lease from 6/12/2017 - $525B - 2/1 - vacantC - 1/1 $525 lease from 6/16/2017D - 1/1 $425 lease from 11/12/2010 - these tenants are likely to live in the unit until they pass away.

A Ummm, no there's a lot of risk with body fluids of a person who decided for whatever reason (psychological, medical or viral) that their life was going to get worse.
