There are alot of people here who shutter at the notion of holding a property that breaks even, or takes a loss each month, but that is because their investing goals are different.Not that I am suggesting you do this, but just for the sake of example, let's say you had 10 properties that all broke even and brought in $1,500 per month in rent.
