Suppose you're investing already in the stock market and bitcoin.

I see a lot of people claiming interest in real estate investing, asking tons of questions, getting tons of answers, then six months later they've switched to bitcoin or gold or some get-rich-quick scheme, or maybe they've completely wandered away from wealth building.

A portion of longer-term tenants will want to stay for a long time (years and have access to chargers, a larger portion will be using autonomous vehicle service where they get charged in a centralized location (another business model- lots of power- mine bitcoin at when not charging).  

No.Will the shenanigans of the HFT traders heighten market fluctuations worldwide?

There are people who do buy and sell rapidly yet rapid is not like a day-trader int he stock market.What I like about using software is the ability to reduce the mistakes.
