Canyon County (Nampa and Caldwell) still have room to grow, they are becoming the exit strategy for those that are tired of the infrastructure lags of Ada county (Boise,Meridian etc).

Also if most voters were renters, they would push for renter-friendly legislation -- more rent control, more difficult evictions, more building permits, more ADA requirements, more non-discrimination rules.

As a matter of course, we have to bring the building up to code which includes ADA compliance (grab bars and roll in showers) and fire suppression/detection (fire sprinklers, alarms and lights, etc.).

You could go overboard and put in ADA wheelchair width front door and bathroom door If you wanted to dedicate this unit long term to elderly customers.Just my 2 cents.
