When we moved our companies to a new accounting software we looked at Quickbooks, but found its international awareness (tax rules, multi-currency, locale support, etc), project/job, and multi-company abilities to be clunky.To be fair, none of the candidates hit everything on our wishlist.We ended-up selecting MoneyWorks by Cognito and have been satisfied with it over the past three years.

if you need $200K for a project, no one is going to loan you $200K - you need a down payment, holding costs, and you need to know what you're doing or you'll just turn that $200K into $150K.good luck

Let them build through hard work like teaming with reputable operator who may take a cut but own the project etc.Neal Bawa and associated companies are another bunch or lier’s who project rosy picture to sign up people but fial to deliver.Those two have made my experience with real estate very companies very negative.
