Additionally, they test to determine what sort of mold/s are present, so as to determine toxicity.  

My roof is not dark (it's metal, orange-like color) but it's not really visible given the higher elevation compared to the street.

I just picked up two more, One in S Collinwood, (Nathanial ) all in 75k, rented 1700, All in 70k E 109 rented for 1500.

Will this policy cover my rental property/properties or do I need to get a separate umbrella policy specifically for my rental(s)?

I work with dozens of investors who have done 1031's into the souther/middle part of the country where the price points are much easier and the laws are more friendly.
