Managing a team remotely can be tricky, and if they don’t perform well, it could become a headache you don’t want to deal with.

Even if you only averaged 2.8% appreciation annually, which if you've had it 20 years I have no clue how that's true given prices have well more than doubled in that time, youre skipping over the fact that you have been benefiting from that appreciation on the ENTIRE house, not just the % you paid for.  

Some offerr condos, towns and sfr and all do well because they are closer to Disney.

Then he is going to hire subcontractors to do the job and you are going to pay them for that work as well.  

Two different ways to go and both work well.

Looking to learn more about seller financing, the art of the deal as well as connecting with like minded investors in Chicago and beyond!

Sounds worth it for the programs to use for my own deals but not sure if it works as well as it says.

There are many who will argue my methods and that's fine, it's worked very well for me and has been extremely rewarding in ways that cannot be compensated monetarily. 

That's my takeaway as well.
