Dallas market is shifting towards buyers market and i might be having FOMO but I have been wanting to buy a primary residence for i am newly wed.

After running her name through google, I find out there is a wedding website setup for her and her fiance - the guy who owns the property, and both have their FB pages full of recent loving hugging photos, so clearly they aren't separated.

You get the theme here I'm sure.  

Its bizz as usual for us right now. if its great deal we move on it.. tied one up in vegas Friday.. my wife listed one of our fixers in Gresham on Sunday and had multiple offers and we went pending with a back up by Wed. 

Even before COVID-19 came onto the scene, it has been a prevailing theme over the last year or two that cities and states are pushing more laws limiting the abilities of landlords to collect rent, evict tenants who don't pay, renovation and increase rents, and other regulations regarding how their business is operated. 

I was out of debt too long to do a debt-free scream and the millionaire theme hours weren’t doing live stuff so I just sent him a pic of me paying off a mortgage.  

Landlord always sounded a bit medieval themed.

One is a hair stylist, two flight attendants, one event caterer, one wedding/event planner. 

We’ve had cancellations for weddings, baseball games, conferences etc. most of those were 2-3 day bookings.
