We like the idea of multi-family, but don’t know how to find them or by them.ultimately we have this super random dream of turning barns into wedding reception venues (my wife’s good at that kind of thing).

For our first home, we're trying to tell our cute story (engaged at the beginning of the pandemic & can't have a wedding for a couple of years, so buying our first house instead).

Then be creative for their current use, wedding venue, events, horse boarding, mental health retreats for the rich, drug rehab for the rich. 

Seems like a good fit for our busy day jobs, upcoming wedding and wanting to start a family soon..I wish housing hacking was an option but it's not for us in our 30's lol.Sorry if this was long winded - would love some advice on what you would do in our situation.Many Thanks!! 

So my fiance and I have been together for some time on track to our wedding. 

On Wed, July 29, 2020 tenants informed me that there was a fire on the outside of the home on Mon, July 27, 2020.

Hi Carolyn,If it were mine, Id probably add more pavers all the way across and deeper into the backyard, and also get rid of the wedding arch of vines (which I really like, but it cuts a small yard in two).I'd leave some grass at the back.If it's class C, don't go overboard with plants or flowers and expect them keep them up.Since the house seems small, I'd try to sell the backyard with the additional pavers as extra usable space for BBQ's and family get togethers.

That means sports tournaments, events, weddings, etc. are all being relocated to our state.

The local BP meetup group (free) has a fairly active Slack presence and meets every other week on Weds nights, but I'm not aware of a corresponding FB group for the same.
