We have fixed multiple areas of the house including electrical, plumbing, added washers and dryers, added solar powered security lights, built an office, built a patio which increased the value of the house.

Egressed a basement window to code, expanded master bedroom, built island, added dishwasher, added new washer/dryer set, sewer repair, new electrical box.

Do you all include a washer/dryer in your single family residential rentals?

I actually use it for their washer dryer plus a little storage. 

A new washer and dryer was added and the refrigerator and dishwasher was replaced.

Someone stole all of the electrical wiring and plumbing in the property and I'm strongly suspicious it was her. 

There is no in unit laundry currently - although there is a hook up for two units for both washers and dryers downstairs.  

Ended up buying a jetter hose and tip for my pressure washer and going to town on it for 30 minutes straight.
