Wow what a gas and the power of cell phones!!

Cleaning is hard work, it takes skill to clean properly, it is not cheap to buy quality products, and gas is definitely not cheap.

But, my understanding, correct me if wrong, if a lawsuit is deemed valid and it gets to the discovery phase, you'll have to disclose what else you own, and your anonymity is shattered.

That's not really a valid assumption without knowing more.
