We did get a new-in-box big screen TV (50", but about 15 years old), a new water heater, some tools, a couple 8mm video cameras from the 1960s and other random stuff.  

When I get done with work, I come home and instead of watching TV, I come to BP and get on the internet and look for houses.

If s/he thinks you can go on TV, go on TV.Figure out what (if anything) could be dome to mitigate it in the future.

Car payment, cell phone, cable TV or eating out?

I'm not an accountant (and I don't play one on tv)  I have 37 doors all in 1 LLC,  all run out of 1 LLC checking account.  

The short answer is "yes"...it'll work.Dumb newbie mistake: Don't hang the TV on the wall that is the headboard of the bed in the adjacent unit. 

Tech will always have a "Next Gen" product which is currently focused on Consumerism (TV's, phones, PC's, entertainment). 

Our furniture includes a couch, twin beds, a King bed, TV stand etc.

The dining room has the upper half papered and then the entire entry foyer / hallway has it floor-to-ceiling.The photo below shows the dining room and as you can see it is stick in the 1970s . . . anyone want some stunning curtains to go with the long forgotten leisure suit?

We are lakefront and have a 72 mile bike trail right in front of the house so that is the major draw.We do have the downstairs dedicated to kids. 2 bunkbeds with a TV and Wii etc.
