HelloWe travelled to tarpon springs with my wife in March and really loved the area and the parks/beaches there.We are thinking about buying a vacation house/ investment property there.

I would like to rent it out to traveling nurses or corporate rentals since there is a very large Navy Base there and also 2 hospitals.

I own 2 rental properties but travel for work.  

I was looking at doing a combination of LTR and MTR/STR (to travel nurses/business people) to have a little better cash flow. 

My friends now are on different wavelengths when we travel due to my financial trajectory being much different.

You may have to add an external door which you’ll definitely need a permit for. 

As of now, fix up the property to build equity then begin renting out to travel nurses in one year.

Lot's of people traveling for work might target Eastie for a STR.

If I wanted to go that way I would really need to travel to where they are being used and spend a week watching how it all goes talk to all the other subs etc etc.. frankly I like some of the panel construction companies on the east coast we dont really have them on the West coast. 

I'm looking at a condo for 325K with a gross income of 45K (airdna says 65K, locals say 45K)we would use it when my husband travels for work, and try to let renters have priority, we would finance and HOA is 350It is an 1 1/2 hrs from homebase.
