I now want to transition to real estate investing, which I hope to do for the rest of my life.

I read it recently and gleaned some systems that gave me more confidence in my management (and how I could have handled that transition even better).

They possess the determination and grit necessary to take that walk and ultimately those characteristics are a foundation for the vast majority to transition to productive tax paying members of our society. 

This in essence to pull liquid cash out for a second investment, and transition the property into a long term rental.

I never intend to sell but instead transition from self managing to more passive management to buy my time back when I retire. 

As we transition to electronic records and the chance of title issues from paper records fades into the decades I hope the heat from reform efforts breaks through to the regulations to create a system that is more optimal.  

I since then transitioned to real estate and bought a ton of properties here in Columbus and have a team that actively does BRRRR's/Flips. 

The only multis we do this for are MTRs that are furnished as the folks are there for transitional times/work, not for a LTR as it would be better to just lower the rent and not have the headache. 

You will probably see homeowners move into the area and prices for these go up as it "transitions".But I'm not a fan of buying new construction properties anyway.
