The good places to start investing at the moment are places within a 10 min drive from main urban centers, and which have different types of residents (not just tourism, not just workers, etc).Feel free to reach out in case we may be of assistance.

I am working with a nonprofit organization that will be using this home for a program that is geared strictly to homeless veterans to find them suitable housing and assistance with finding jobs.

@Bryon Andrews was spot on in his advice too - do some Zillow and FB Marketplace surfing every few weeks to see what rents in the blocks near your property have been renting for recently, and track how those fluctuate over time for a few months.  

What I am looking to do is refinance, or pull out equity so I can get back on track with my lender and continue searching for a buyer. 

It has taken the last 6 months of the year to come to terms with an essentially game changing mindset: "Track the input and let the effort determine the outcomes"Initially I wanted reach a goal of $100,000 in a year wholesaling real estate.

All funds process through various channels but the PMS (with trust accounting which is very important) keep track of all the funds and then we disburse monthly to the owner.
