I respect that real estate professionals and bankers will be the last on the planet to believe that a fax machine provides more security than the worlds best encryption (even though routinely there documents are sent to wrong numbers by human error) but why in 2020 are we pushing people off a mobile app onto a web viewer to read stuff?

Hello everyone,For quite some time I have been thinking about entering the real estate game, with a goal in mind, that I will be able to free up my time to spend it with my family, as well as work from home and be able to build my dream business with the help of real estate. An I think it is the right time for me to do so, here is why:My older daughter got in to college and we are relocating from CA to MA in September-November, she will study on campus at Amherst, but we want to get our first property after paying rent to someone for to long.My idea was to get a small multifamily, but clean environment like no landfills, no toxics, good water and air was a bigger priority for my family, so we are thinking to have a small, under 50-100k starter house that needs some work done, but has no exterior problems, has all the pipes and electric work in place.

@Jim K.Firstly Roundup glyphosate poses environmental toxicity and there are some studies that indicate that it has carcinogens.Secondly, I may end up inviting a fight with my neighbor.Lastly as indicated I am really vexed with this new tenant with her 10,000 complaints ever since she moved in 7 days back, for example when she sees a one off centipede outside her door in the backyard she immediately asks me to call an exterminator....so the list goes on and on..I wouldn't say its contempt but it's a PITA to deal with such tenants especially after a great tenant that left you.
