Markets are extremely important for real estate investment.

@Allen Zhu -Reading, along with many other eastern Pennsylvania markets are seeing significant growth compared to other areas in the state/ country.

If directly to the seller, then you need to ensure that the payment is made, but also that it is made to the person who is entitled to it.

Fortunately, we are currently in escrow to sell it.

Now, I'm imaging a scenario when every one of these tenants move out that I'll be paying their entire security deposit + interest even if there are damages beyond normal wear and tear. 

Of course we are closing now that the market is picking back up🤦🏼‍♂️.

Also, people who are motivated to sell quickly may find there are buyers who want to buy quickly, and at a discount.  

@Maurice Smith 2nd vote for RL Management.Regarding owner payout timing, it's easier to pay sooner for Class A rentals, because the tenant payments are more consistent.As you go from A to B, to C, etc., tenant payments are LESS consistent, so many PMCs opt to pay owners later.

Days on Market:•If similar 2/2 homes are sitting for months, there may be an oversupply or pricing issue.
