I recently saw an ad for an app that lets you use your car as a taxi.

I got married (this was a good thing and probably a good question for the forum about having a fantastic spouse and partner), bought a house, a new car, a house full of furniture, and your typical doo-dads that didn't do anything for me other than make me feel like I was keeping up with Jones'.It wasn't till a couple of years later that I got my hands on "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and found my way into Real Estate investing.   

During the same period a participant can borrow all they want for a car, a boat, even a Pollos Hermanos franchise.

If I'm renting or leasing a home or apartment unit, why should my privacy enjoy less protections from state intrusion than a weekend rental car? A

I keep reserves, but that is everything in my life, from a repair of my car a roof for a rental property. 

He lost everything - only cared about his car ( a Cadillac, of course) - but didn't pay the rent.

One time I rented my car as well but turn out that renter is identity theft criminals, the police called me at 2am that my car was abandoned in middle of nowhere, when I picked up the car it's full of credit card and people's ID.

This could include land, a car, a boat, jewelry or valuable collectibles.
