They use hydrogen peroxide then dry and encapsulate with a clear spray paint.

Its a disc filter so its very easy, just spray it down with a hose.

You don't know the fastest way is to spray prime it.

Most vermiculite (attic insulation) popcorn ceilings and such just don't pose enough of a risk to worry about.So, I sprayed the ceiling with water, put on a painter's suit and a respirator and scrapped the ceiling in about half an hour.

One of the locks got a little stiff after I used it for a while during rehab; a local locksmith recommended and sold me a can of "Tri Flow" spray lubricant, and that cleared it up.Most hardware stores won't duplicate the keys for commercial locks like this. 

Buy a can of wasp spray and do it yourself.
