We just announced the speakers and agenda for the Creative Deal Making Academy.

Most of them are speaker presentations, some are pure networking, some are sales. 

Rich W is voicing concerns that he may have to go up against a top speaker like that (he holds the only spot at the same time as an available speaker spot at this point) and his concerns would be justified.From what I know, this visit will not take place in person, this will be good news for Rich.What I can say right now, is that the visit may take place, but would be through an internet connection and it would take place during my time slot on Friday at 11 AM.Rumors have a way of manifesting into some half truths at times, so I hope this sets some of the record straight.

We have used many of them as speakers in our inaugural conference, and will do so again at the next one.

There were also many of the other speakers in attendance.

I was there for a recent meeting and they has a fantastic guest speaker. 

I recently attended a meetup where the speaker said that if you buy non-performing note, you can work with the borrower to modify the note so they will start paying again.  

It will probably be well attended, it will have a speaker dealing with pest control, and there will time for questions from the attendees. 

It's a great chance to network with other real estate investors, listen to some relevant speakers, and attend sessions on a variety of real estate investing topics.  

As far as I know there isn't one like this in Concord (the all networking type, no speaker) and would like to start one if you are still interested.
