Personally I have not had the best experiences with these sites, I typically go via word of mouth referrals from other investors I know from in-person networking in my market, or from the BiggerPockets referral tools.

There's a ton of meetups if you search for them here on the site.

Most users may not visit a 3rd party site, and you could collect some answers by asking for genuine feedback here on the forums.

One component of our communication consists of monthly news updates on the portfolio and individual site performance, which are uploaded to our investor portal, including monthly reporting of financials and individual facility performance.

You could take the equity and build a site with smaller cabins in a new area to really maximize your cashflow and efforts. 

then MLS feeds to all the SM sites and agents can filter through the responses or if it my own property like here in Oregon with our subdivisions I handle the first calls and then qualify them once done and appointment set hand it off to the closer ( my wife )  If I get a ton of E mail request for info I just tell them they need to come and look first.

@Cody M.I would add a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment as a contingency to any offers on properties more susceptible to environmental issues (dry cleaners, gas stations, auto repair garages, etc.)

I dont really follow any other type of SM so i have to assume there are other sites that folks post on as well when they are upset with their investment and or who ever is running it.

Right now it's $1560 and I just got new leases signed for $1,550 which is what I thought the site said last time I looked but I must have read wrong.
