The further south you go from HWY 160, the longer it takes to get to shopping, jobs, etc.

You can start to shop for lenders at anytime.

This is going to make me shop other alternatives since I have not checked the market in a while.I have not had a claim with them but I am concerned there will be issues when I do.Update: Just got feedback from them on their last error.

It's funny that people complain about low paying jobs, but nobody wants to be a plumber, electrician, machine shop, welder, or other high paying jobs.

Its like the investors expect these sponsors who have a bummer to just close up shop..

BP members make a donation to aheroshome.org and they get me for a half an hour to talk shop.. if its something I am not really up to speed on I let them know they can still donate but I may not be the best person for advice..

If you were shopping and this house and a thousand others like it are available for basically the same price, is there anything that could be written in the title of your place that would cause you to choose it over that one?

Overall, going with an independent insurance agent will mean they will shop for the best price available… whereas if you called a singular insurer… say Progressive or whomever….
