You can bid higher than the asking price and make a lot of money immediately, but you have to understand what true cost to the REI is, and how to arrange the flow of money to and from the REI...through the deal first.3 - What a REI plan is, how to design one specific to the REI (not anyone else), and understand that your plan is a series of connected decisions, with each decision you make is based on the criteria needed to lead directly into the next step of your plan. 

Hello, I was wondering who will be the right person to talk to on createing a series LLC (CPA, Lawyer etc).

It's only an estimate because although the Series I Bond's fixed rate remains the same throughout the bond's life, the semiannual inflation rate can vary.

Could a BP investor perhaps shoot a video series of RE deals (house hacking, rentals, flips, etc.) from start to finish so that newbies like me can get a little taste of what it's like.

After researching Texas Series LLC for a week, I think I'm more confused now than ever before. 🤣 Wondering if anyone has any insight... ?
