This can be good, as they may have family or friends who my be interestedThen, you'll get realtors calling saying they have a buyer (usually its a friend they use), but often this can be a round about way of them trying to get in the property and meet you in effort to get you to list with them.Then you will get the people who call...saying, "I'm a cash buyer"   This is usually what comes out of the south end of a north bound bull! 

As for taxes, I would have paid around $300 for taxes (rounding up) for the time I held the property.

I think of this round of investments goes well I should get close.

I’m also only on round 2 for most of the letters so I know I should hit them for 6-8 times before I really get critical but

Here is how I would break this down:1. 23K to reinstate loan + 7K wholesale fee (just for round numbers) = $30K Cash2.

I suspect Zillow will try to imitate Opendoor since Opendoor just got a huge round of funding from a Hedge Fund.

One will round up, and the other will round down.
