Something about that clock makes time speed up!

What are the strategies I can use to speed up this snow balling effect? 

If I were doing this today, I would offer high speed internet and use of a printer.

You will want to consider the transaction fees, annual fees, speed of processing, customer service and knowledge. 

The high speed rail in California may open up a lot of affordable housing in far flung areas to lower income people helping to alleviate the problem temporarily.

They use heavy duty, high speed special printers that cost anywhere between $15,000~$30,000 depending on the model (which I've considered buying), not to mention the type of font they use, as well as how the ink prints on the paper they use, also being different than the ones retail buyers have access to. 

I have also found out that the owner of this company has all the asset managers for the banks on "speed dial" which is preventing everyone else from gaining access to these properties. 

So lets dive in and get you up to speed on what's happening; I am currently deployed overseas until mid 2019 with a substantial amount of cash saved up and want to put that towards proper investments while I am away, so when I return home real estate investing will be my sole focus.

Does anyone have any recommendations on software or techniques one can use in order to speed up the process?
