It doesn't mean that it doesn't dip, it just means that it is likely to recover if the main factors that drive people there, stay.I'm pretty certain that there will be a down trend in the Bay Area, I'm also pretty certain that it will rebound.

@Arthur P.Call your bank, ask them to give you and extension on your monthly payment, up to two months, by then, the market should have hopefully rebounded :/
