They're too salty to care about ego stuff, "just under" or "just over" $800k is all the same thing to them.Seller 2, who will walk away with ~$300k is going to care a lot more about $20k this way or that, psychologically that $20k puts them over or under $300k, and they are young so that sort of thing is more likely to matter.

I think the recent virus was a good indicator......in spite of a national panic and worse than a recession (in some ways) the STR market flourished in most areas.......It's all about psychology...when people are repressed or depressed, they want to get away, have some fun...And even in a recession, most people can come up with a few bucks for a weekend away...
