I have her marketing magic 2 program it seems to be a good program, i happen to get her program a few yrs ago don't if it has changed or not the information seems to be very sound and good.

@Rich Baer  we did a little of this out on the west coast and their is a company in CA  ( owned by private investigators) that has done pretty well with it.non starter for most folks.. great Idea concept etc to sell your school program as they make it sound SOOO easy.. but alas it is not.I have first hand knowledge as well.

I just looked it up and would be interested to hear from others who have used the program as well.

This summer i secured my first property though the Home Ready program (a 5bdrm/3bath SFR) that i am house hacking by renting out to college student in the Atlanta area for$600 a room.

I think the city still has this program as an architect friend of mine has mentioned this.
